Next month, Bugzy Malone will surely shower all music lovers with some great music with the release of his sophomore studio album The Resurrection, which will include 14 tracks , along with certain previously released singles titled “M.E.N III,” “Don’t Cry” with Dermot Kennedy, “Notorious” with Chip, “Welcome To The Hood” with Emeli Sandé, and “Cold Nights In The 61.” Last weekend, the Manchester emcee ensured that the list got bigger with a brand new cut called “Salvador,” which was produced by Thomas Mellor and GA and showcases Malone on a stream-of-consciousness related to his past, present, and future:

The visual for Salvador was directed by BWGRX, and shows Bugzy Malone in what looks like a warehouse filled with smoke and colorful lighting. The video is very simple, although quite effective, and thereby allows Malone’s bars and overall performance to become the primary attraction of the video.

Following its release, The Resurrection will essentially be Malone’s first project following his 2018 debut LP B. Inspired, which enjoyed a top five release on the UK Albums chart involving 14 cuts and interesting contributions from JP Cooper, Rag’n’Bone Man, Maverick Sabre, Not3s, and Laura White. Apart from its first week chart success, B. Inspired managed to earn a Silver certification, as well. Before that, Malone created impactful waves with the Eps titled Walk With Me, Facing Time, and King Of The North. He was also in the limelight for the popular feud with Chip, which resulted in some amazing diss records of the last decade before they reconciled.
