Last weekend, DJ Khaled came back with a bang by releasing his twelfth studio LP KHALED KHALED, featuring 14 tracks and several stars of hip hop, R&B, and reggae’s legends, such as Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Cardi B, JAY-Z, Nas, Drake, Rick Ross, Diddy, Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Bryson Tiller, H.E.R., and Migos. After releasing videos for “POPSTAR,” “SORRY NOT SORRY,” and “WHERE YOU COME FROM,” Khaled manages to maintain the momentum by releasing the video for “THANKFUL,” with assists from Lil Wayne and Jeremih. It was co-produced by NOVA WAV and showcases the artists appreciating their success. 

The song was directed by Gil Green and Khaled, Jeremih, and Weezy can be seen in a few heavenly, tranquil locations, including a place that resembles the literal Garden of Eden with a supporting choir. At the same time, viewers are delighted with the visuas of the younger versions of the stars during troubled times. A scene even showcases Khaled offering advise to his counterpart in the midst of an emotionally charged moment with a mirror. 

After its release, KHALED KHALED enjoyed several positive projections with respect to its sales. The album will probably sell between 80,000 and 100,000 album equivalent units.
