The multi-talented rapper Tyler, The Creator has been doing his thing for two long years since the release of IGOR, his concept album and fifth studio LP. Most of the uncredited contributions to the 12-track work came from Lil Uzi Vert, Kanye West, Charlie Wilson, Playboi Carti, and more, A total of 165,000 album equivalent units for Tyler’s debut week on the Billboard 200 made way to his first number one in the chart’s history. Throughout the decade since then, Tyler has grown his reputation in the fashion industry, expanding his Golf Wang and Golf le Fleur collections while appearing with a close friend in Gucci ads and GQ Magazine. The year didn’t see him completely escape music; he contributed to Brent Faiyaz’s “Gravity” and partnered with Coca-Cola for “Tell Me How.”

In Los Angeles, a number of billboards with a tagline and a phone number have appeared “CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST,” This song is believed to be a title of Tyler’s forthcoming album since fans were able to associate it with the trunk he carried to the Grammy Awards last year. This speculation is confirmed today, as Tyler releases a brand new song called “LUMBERJACK,” a very brief but sweet offering in which he returns to the hard-hitting rhymes and distinctive production that helped make him famous in the first place:

“Niggas ain’t really on the type of shit he on, I hit Drizzy and told him I had a milli’ for him, I own my companies full, told ‘em to keep the loan, I took the gold bitch home, niggas is big mad, I put that bitch on the shelf to let it ventilate, and bought another car ‘cause I ain’t know how to celebrate, that big boy, that big bitch for all weather, it never rain in Cali’, came with an umbrella…”
